Been in multiple times today to urgently change money and everytime I've gone in it's been closed. Why have opening times 9am-8pm if you're going to be shut at different times through the day

I was very impressed at how a staff member helped a man in a wheelchair in your cafe at the Gallagher retail park, today, he helped him order what he wanted, got him a table, and carried his order over to the mans table. Well done

Sainsburys advertise its loans at a rate of 2.7% but after you apply and if you are accepted they change the rate. They dont tell yoiu this specifically or make it clear they add it in tiny print in one of the several pages of a letter that they send you. When I called them to find out why the answer is that everyone is different and they refuse to tell you why. Basically what they are doing is getting you in the door on the promise of a cheap loan and then they change it- I wonder how many thousands of people have been ripped off by them. Stay away from these crooks.
