The accessibility is absolutely awful. There's no ramps, stairs onto the field, more stairs up to the function room, and the only ground floor entrances are service entrances with a sizeable step up. Even worse is the bathroom situation. I went for a family function and got into the function room, but to get to the toilets you had to take a stairlift downstairs, but to my surprise, it wasn't working. I was already embarrassed enough because the lift was right next to the dance floor, but having to get the barman (the only staff around) trying to fix the thing before you had an accident was humiliating. Eventually it turns out a key was needed, which he only found out after ringing the company twice. And all that, only to discover. There's no accessible bathroom
