My daughter purchased a 200 or thereabouts leather jacket from Superdry's Plc Oxford Street 990 Store on the 22nd of November 2022. The security tag wasn't removed which has caused no end of grief. As she lives two hours away it's not possible to return to the store. She took the jacket to the Brighton store on the 28th December 2023 with a proof of purchase ands asked for the security tag to be removed. They were happy to remove it only they said they cannot as they don't use the same type of security tag. What an incompetent company. Not removing the security tag has caused my daughter, my wife and myself lots of grief and has taken the shine of what should have been a happy family day.
