Absolutely appalling customer service. Build finished to terrible standard.Optional extras a definite NO! Cant get issues resolved, especially when they are optional and not to spec. Director just in it for your cash. Be Warned!!!!

Ashchurch. If you can see through all the tatty marketing bling you will see the build quality and craftmanship of these homes truly appalling. The standard of brickwork is very poor and it looks like they are using cheap bricks and other materials. The developer must have picked this site up at a knockdown price as the locations is hardly ideal. I dont know where the rolling green field hills location is in their marketing as looking around we couldnt see anything that resembles it. The other horrifying factor is this site is a few yards for a main railway line. If you can cope with heavy freight rumbling up and down the line shaking your foundations through the day and night, the periodic visit of the railway maintenance stone blower loading stone and cutting track in the early hours might. If you visit they might not inform you that the railway maintenance siding and entry point is only a few yards away. My warning, do some local research on the area like we did. If you are looking for a better built home at a better price in a quieter location look elsewhere!

Awful! Poor customer service. No accountability. Less than poor build quality. Even worse repairs. Avoid this house builder at all costs. I have lived in a New Dawn Home for just over a year. My experience has been awful. The build quality is dreadful. The house WAS NOT BUILT TO APPROVED PLANS, there are undocumented water and broadband services in my garden, I have significant property defects and New Dawn couldn't care one bit. Feel free to visit me at Evesham Marina for a personal tour of how poor these buildings are. Awful Awful awful. New site in Swindon is being built on contaminated ground and is causing a flood risk to neighbouring houses as they are building the houses elevated by 10 foot. The site is next to the railway line, industrial units and a scrap yard. The noise here is AWFUL. Seriously folks buy a house on this development at your own risk.

Brilliant company. Have worked with them since 2008 and watched so many people move into their dream home. I think what gives them the edge is the higher finish than the other brands Ive been to. Quality fixtures and fittings.
