It used to be a really handy local store with lovely staff but they made a huge mistake installing automatic tills. Firstly, because they never work (really, they are noticeably more error-prone than in other stores) and because there is never a member of staff available to sort out problems with these tills. Local stores should make the most of interpersonal contact with customers....otherwise you may as well go to the Sainsburys up the road.
