        Tried to ring them to inquire about a Hermes delivery. They never picked up the phone. Useless.

        Shocking service. Went to collect 2 parcels today and they have lost them. They then tried to tell me that I had lost them !!! Proceeded to say that "Well, we get a lot of parcels..." as if to excuse themselves for losing them because they only lose a few !!! Avoid this shop as a parcel collection point.

        This is the best shop in the St Marks area. Good selection and the hermes drop off service is great. Helpful and friendly staff. Don't both with the post office shop down the road. Only negative about this shop is the cash machine charges for withdrawals!

        Tried to use the Hermes QR code scanner to create a return slip and couldn't get it to work. Unfortunately the staff couldn't give a monkeys that I was struggling, just ignored like I was invisible! I'm not the only person this has happened too either. Plenty of other stores around. No problem will take my custom elsewhere
