My water boiler broke down and Root Group came out that morning to look at the problem. The heating engineer, Phil, has loads of experience with Worcester Bosch units and found the problem immediately, something that has been missed over 10 years of supposed 'proper' routine services. He really knows his stuff and all was sorted quickly and cost effectively. I couldn't believe that so many previous engineers couldn't be bothered to perform a task that trained engineers should have done! Phil did and sorted it! I'm really pleased with the service and work quality - honest, professional & excellent. I would recommend Root Group to anyone around the Gloucestershire area. Seriously good! Service: Repair water fixtures
