They did a fabulous job of my 2-storey extension. The team were very professional throughout out the build. They were very knowledgeable, and they really understood our needs and requirements. Took our money and vanished! They contacted me in 2020 after I put a job out on a building website. They took money from me in April 2021 to draw plans up for renovation on my home. Initial plans were very disappointing - it was a carbon copy of ideas they asked us to send them drawings for with the addition of them deciding to remove an upstairs bedroom. Plans to make fixes were made but never materialised - we were informed their designer had a road accident. They were late for every meeting and every dead line even though I was clear that they should set them. There were many red flags but I was persuaded not to get a refund but to continue for half price in compensation for the delays. In the gap while this decision was made we used an online program to draw up our own plans and shared those with the company as a starting point for the fixes they were to make - which we still haven't seen. We finally got an in person visit November 2021 and a garage conversion was discussed. Knowing this was to be done regardless of other plans and knowing we had family we needed to house at Christmas, we decided to use the garage conversion as a test for how well they did before trusting them to knock about the main house. We got constant reassurance that work would be started and finished by Christmas. They then vanished and I haven't been able to reach them since. Emails and calls to the guy who was dealing with us go unanswered, messages ignored. I have filled in a form for contact on the website and have been calling the company main number to be told via automated message I am indeed calling during office hours but they are closed.
