        Absolutely brilliant service! I took in my late partner's Surface Pro he used for work that had been sat gathering dust in a cupboard since he suddenly passed away last year. My partner was an IT security professional, so I didn't have much hope that I would be able to use his device because I didn't have the passwords etc. PC Fix was able to unlock it for me, do all the necessary updates and security measures in a short period of time. I'm so pleased I can use something of his, as he would have hated the idea of his tech going un-used and out of date! I essentially have a brand new device to replace my sad, ancient laptop. Thank you so much for your excellent work!
