        terrible costumer service.. the employee at the till got my order wrong, which i realised when it was served to me, and i understand this can happen, but the employee who served it seemed to have an attitude after me mentioning my order was wrong. she then makes my coffee (which was to drink in, not take away) extremely hot and literally undrinkable after over 20 mins of waiting for it to cool down. you cannot be mad at a customer for your coworkers mistake.. ridiculous.
