Mark has been superb throughout the installation. He checked everything out with us before and during the job. We've had a fantastic new wood burner installed, very pleased. Steve came to sweep our chimneys and subsequently replaced the open fire in our kitchen with a log burner. He ordered it for us, delivered it and only took half a day to install it (no easy task). He was the ultimate professional in all aspects, from his obvious expertise to the regulations and paperwork involved. His experience as an ex fireman was also reassuring. I have already recommended his services to others in our village.
