KFC Cheltenham

Me and my friend went to have our lunch on 2nd of May 2023 (around 12.30pm). My friend ordered a pickup order (original recipe ricebox) from their app. Almost at the end of our meal, my friend noticed that their chicken is very hard and not cooked properly. We understood that the meal was nearly finished so we were not expecting anything else from the staff. My friend went to inform one of the staff (with black hat, black kfc tshirt with no nametag, bearded) just to make sure they check every of the chicken before serving to customers after us and she did tell him that she was not asking for anything (but maybe an apology). However, he reacted very rudely and keep on emphasising that "what is the point for you coming back with the one last bit of chicken???", yes with no apologies at all. I have been working in KFC in different branch before, the first thing we learnt is to listen patiently to the customer but I think he failed to meet this requirement. Please look into this KFC thank you.

I went to the branch on 02/05/2023, 12.30pm to get my takeaway order. I placed an order for original recipe rice boxes with drinks. I realised the chicken was raw near the end of my meal, so I went to the cashier (a male in black t-shirt, black kfc hat, with beards, looks like he's in his 40s), I understand my food was nearly finished, so the first thing I said to him was I don't need any compensation, I just wanted to let them know that the chicken fillet was raw, so they could check all the fillet in the kitchen. But he's being so disrespectful and kept stating what's the point of telling when my meal is almost finished (like I wanted to scam for additional rice boxes but the first thing I said to him was I don't want anything anymore, he's being so rude), But what I was thinking was, what if someone else had it and became ill? Also, there are no apologies from him.

It's a quite little place but the eat-in experience was amazing. The spicy chicken wings, the chicken original, cold drinks, tea and muffins were yummy. The manager also very helpful and respectful. Thank you

I always look for chicken meals ...KFC. I found one here too. The manager was very kind and polite. The chicken? As expected, tickled my taste buds. One of five day...done. Thank you
