We are so thankful for Tim and his knowledge allowing us to finally progress our business dream of creating a purpose built building for our Bee Farming enterprise. After being let down by another local planning agent, ignoring emails, false information & false promises we contacted Tim who turned the application around in less than a week in the lead up to Christmas 2021. Tim quickly advised us of the incorrect information provided by our previous agent (that had lost 3 months of valuable time as a result) and we quickly had the application submitted with all pre-empted surveys. Tim kept us updated on the progress via email & phone calls and had good contacts for any further information Tewkesbury Borough Council requested. The biggest delay down to entirely external factors with TBC & GCC we finally had an approval on 11th April 2022 with no objections from local residents. We are expecting the build to start from 9th May 2022 and hopefully be completed later this year with a move in date (fingers crossed) of January 2023. It's an exciting time for our business after 10 years of hard work and we couldn't have done this without Tim, we will undoubtedly be passing his contact to any others that ask and will certainly return should anything else need to be pursued in future.
