Would give it 0 star if I have the choice. Awful & appalling attitude from the owner, Rob Nagle. Not only did he verbally abused, he also threatened customers. Personal attacks and insults to customers family. He postponed twice for the appointments, first incident was car accident and the other excuse was no vehicle for the day. Then he complained not paying him enough after. He gave the quote and claimed it was not enough and we should compensate him on petrol for coming back the next day. How about the 2 days you postponed, wasting my time as well? Overly exaggerated on the calls and texts, 4 times. He said 15 calls. Because he failed to send the invoice. He is the one who is harassing by calling after he sent the invoice. All recorded and screenshots. We have all the proof. Police report made. All is in the evidence. Update : The owner, Rob Nagle started harassing my husband with 12 missed calls a day after he received a negative review on Facebook from us. Theres no lies about the review at all. Rob & Lisa turned up exactly on time, cleaned my carpets and sofas, checking up with me all the way to make sure I was happy with each room and each sofa. Very efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Will give you a price and day hes coming then make up a fake excuse about his van and tyre being flat. Useless company, wouldnt bother using because they then stop replying? They dont want the business, they cant be bothered. Dont waste your time on them.
