        I tried to arrange 2 times for this contractor to come over to do a survey. 1st time did not turn up and NO explanation was given, no contact to alert me he'll be running late, no apology, nothing. I rang to check and was told 'another guy was supposed to come in'. I gave a 2nd chance. Whole day spent at home, but no call, not visit, nothing. I would not trust him to do any job ever as he proved to be unreliable, unprofessional!
