Kieran at the Cheltenham branch was so helpful it really made the whole process seamless. I was really really sad to be parting with my car but we really needed to upsize and it just seemed like the right time to do it. I had outstanding finance on my vehicle and naturally I was running around from pillar to post trying to make sure this Finance was settled on my current car to then be able to sort my new car etc. This meant I called and emailed Kieran multiple times throughout the day to check everything I had was in order, he was super helpful and never seemed annoyed or frustrated by my numerous calls and messages throughout the day. Thanks Kieran for all your help on what genuinely was a sad day for me! It was definitely one of the easiest car transactions I've ever dealt with! I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I think the guy is called Kieran. He was the WBAC representative at Cheltenham and was great. He was really friendly, very efficient and great to deal with. He made the process really simple. He is an asset to your firm.
