Took our car here for an MOT (which was around 54), was told we needed in excess of 800 repairs to pass the MOT. Took it to another local garage and it passed first time (45 for the MOT this time). Couldn't believe how dishonest they were, especially in a cost of living crisis. We will never go to a Baylis garage again. Stick with local family-owned businesses people!!

Awful!! Took my car in with 1 problem. 440 later problem not fixed! Now my speaker that was working.... now does not!!! The mechanics will not speak to you all done through desk. Avoid

The word count on google reviews wont do the disgust and contempt i have for Vauxhall justice on here. In short, this branch want tochargeme atleast 6500 to repair a Vauxhall Grandland X thatis less than 4 yrs old, has done just over 40,000 miles, and has an internal engine issue which to do withan exhaustcrank shaft not turning over. Tried to say it was our fault as no oilin the vehicle (although low, there is oil in it). Known oil leak issues, known drive train and belt issues, and they will offer nothing to help reduce the cost. Not even a good willgesture despite having 5 cars on HP aggreements for me and my wife over the 12 yrs we have been loyal to the brand. To add insult to injury within a week they drop our PX value by over 1000! Disgusting, shocking, and customer service skills are extremely lacking from service technicians who spoke to my wife. 1 star awarded as their sales rep Scott actually acknowledged our problem as did the front desk service guy. Avoid like the plague! Out to get money out of you!
