Cotswold Vegan Bakery

We went for Cotswold Vegan Bakery as our wedding cake and it was incredible! She designed it absolutely perfectly and gave us a guide sheet on how to cut the various layers with the dowels inside. People were apprehensive to try it once they knew it was vegan but were really impressed after trying some. She catered for all as she made the carrot cake nut free as well as vegan for me and my family. She was really quick to set it up, taking less than 15 minutes and everyone admired what a good job she had done! We still have loads left even after our honeymoon!

Received my beautiful lime and coconut signature cake for my birthday this weekend. It was delicious. All my guests commented on how light and wonderfully flavoursome it was. They couldn't believe it was vegan. I'm sure you hear that all the time. Thank you Rachel.

Rachel made us an incredible vegan wedding cake. We sent a reference photograph of the kind of thing we liked, but asked for it to be two tiers, and Rachel made the perfect cake. We loved the range of flavours we could choose from - we opted for one tier of the Madagascan vanilla and raspberry, and one tier of the rose and vanilla, and it was absolutely delicious. My mum said it was the best wedding cake she has ever tasted, and it pleased vegans and non-vegans alike. Would 100% recommend!
