I contacted Julie to get a custom-designed cake for my wife's 30th birthday with very little notice (in baking terms). She not only created the cake in the flavor and style we preferred, but she also expertly recreated the design we gave her from a single photo. Usually, to get the desired effect, such decorative pieces require an excessive amount of frosting or marzipan, but not in this instance! It was not only delicious but also artistically amazing, and it ended up being one of the primary talking points at the birthday party!

Fantastic cake!... When I spoke to Julie she was very thorough in asking exactly what I had in mind. The result exceeded everything; the cake was stunning, made to perfection, elegant and pretty as well as delicious. I would not even try anywhere else should you want the perfect cake in Cheltenham.

I approached Julie with very late notice (in baking terms) to acquire a bespoke design cake for my wifes 30th. She not only made the cake in the style and the flavour we wanted, but mimicked the design we gave her from a single photo amazingly! Usually such decorative pieces suffer from too much icing or marzipan in order to create the look, but not the case here! It was not only visually stunning but delicious and actually became one of the main talking points of the birthday party! I will be contacting Julie for my baking needs in future, and I highly recommend that you give her a try. One VERY happy customer.
