The Find

Waited a very long time for a table then a very long time for food. Yes, it was a bank holiday weekend, but other places in town had clearly been staffed adequately and prepared well for the increase in custom. Unfortunately the food was not worth the wait, poached eggs were hard in the middle. Good service and good coffee but this did not mitigate for a poor overall experience.

Waited to be seated for 10 minutes. Staff just kept ignoring us! Ended up just walking out. Bad vibes

PLEASE DO NOT SERVE OLD FERMENTED FOOD - Unfortunately our breakfast was not very nice. We had smoked salmon and avocado bap. As I worked my way through the bap I thought there was an odd taste, my friend tried it but we couldnt quite work it out. Then I tasted it again and had to spit it out. The avocado was fizzing on my tongue. They had served old fermented avocado. I told a staff member. A refund was not offered. I asked for a glass of water as I felt a bit sick. Not once did the member of staff come over to our table to see if everything was ok. Very odd customer service. I have since emailed The Find and telephones them. No reply! We would never return again. Please do not serve old food to your customers.
