        Excellent bus service, always on time and polite friendly drivers. Bus is always very clean. BUT PLEASE FIX THE CARD READERS - 9 TIMES OUT OF TEN THE CONTACTLESS PAYMENT DOESNT WORK AND I HAVE TO LOG ON TO MY ONLINE BANKING TO PROVE THERES MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT - PLEASE FIX THEM. Other than that everything about Cheltenham Stagecoach is superb.

        Nothing against this shop in particular. But Stagecoach is just a horrible service, watched a driver get off a bus, locking the door for the next driver to swap around. Only to leave an old lady trapped on that bus for 20 minutes until another bus came where around 16 people told the new driver to help this poor lady off the previous bus. Pray national express do a better job than this mediocre company.
