        Excellent service Ollie was very pleasant and patient and informative. As my husband inquired about a fixed term account and he was so impressed by the welcoming attitude he decided to switch banks entirely to Nationwide. Ollie's other colleague was very helpful too helping him opening an account online as my husband who is retired finds the internet difficult. That meant a lot to us.
