Well that was the worst experience in a shop I've ever had. I just can't believe how rude multiple members of staff were to me. Literally spent thousands there in the past and now this. Never ever again. Avoid at all costs, they need to learn that rude staff and terrible customer service won't be tolerated.

Great parking and new store. Following previous visit I am now disappointed in staff at this store. They charged me instead of refunding me. Will now avoids as staff are incompetent. The whole process of returning two items took 30 minutes. Had to explain to them how to calculate 10%, move the decimal point over one digit.
