    Went online to get someone to call out to buy blinds and I had to fill in 3 optional days/times that would suit me. Entered those. Got a call that evening saying none of those days were available so over the phone we agreed a suitable time and date. Tuned out to be a no-show. I sat in waiting for 3 hours. It seems their time is more important than mine. Ill be going elsewhere. Bad service from the get-go. Very disappointing!

    I've had shocking service from Hillarys, from measurement on 2nd June, which every window was measured incorrectly, to 2 delivery dates, 9 weeks later still no blinds, and they have refused a refund. As the fitter has given hillarys a 3rd date for fitting, but seems to have forgotten to ask me if I'm available that date, it would be 14 weeks since order placed I no longer want the blinds, as I have no faith in the company steer clear

    I ordered voile curtains which were made 3 too long and with the wrong pinched pleat. I spoke with Customer Service who didnt want to know and the agent kept talking over me, refusing to put me through to a manager or supervisor. Promised that someone would be in touch to arrange a visit - that was 9 days ago and I have heard nothing.
