I went in hoping to be able to book my bike in to get rear break fixed. However the really friendly specialist at the desk managed to fix it there and then plus pump up both tyres for me. Really speedy, great, friendly service. Will always go there now if I have any issues with my bike.

Bought a second hand groupset online with the plan of fitting it on my bike before going on a cycling trip, long story short the groupset wasn't complete and I didn't have time to do it myself before going away. The guys at Williams cycles not only found the parts that I needed to make the groupset work but fitted them as well! Can't recommend these guys enough, absolute legends!

I got my bike serviced here and I am beyond happy with the service. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. I was originally quoted for a new bottom bracket. Once they started work on the bike they realised it was just poorly fitted. So they repaired it instead of charging me for brand new parts which ultimatley saved me money. Its hard to find such an honest company nowadays. The bike feels brand new. I cannot fault them at all! Thank you again.

Took my bike in for a last minute adjustment before a trip. They were busy but still managed to offer me a great service and my bike ran smooth as silk for the 150 mile trip. Would highly recommend - theyre helpful, friendly, and clearly know their stuff!
