I've been having my nails done by Leia since November, last year! I love Leia's designs and how they make me automatically feel more confident within as soon as I see them finished off. I usually always have them done short due to feeling sensory overload. Having said that, this is the first time I've had them done this long and felt comfortable Leia reassures me every time I have my nails done, and it always makes me feel at ease. I feel like she knows my personality well enough to show me design ideas she knows I'll love and always and always supports me to go outside the box. Leia understands I sometimes feel like a hexagon in a squared-society world, and that's a really amazing quality of hers. This was the first time I'd been to Hepburns before, and it was really lovely and quiet as it was just us to in the salon, and I could just be myself. I loved the blue decor it was very calming and inviting, and the music was very fitting with the environment. Look forward to coming back for my next set

I had my labret and nose pierced and I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else! Julie is amazing, puts you at ease and is very professional. The salon itself is extremely clean and of high standards. Julie went out of her way to make sure my experience was a great one!

I had the most amazing massage this afternoon with Andreia. Not only is she an incredible masseuse but also just a lovely lovely woman. Shall be returning soon!

The woman, Julie, who did my industrial piercing did a very botched job. My ear was bleeding heavily every time I took my shirt off or slept on it for about 2 weeks, it also got Infected soon after the piercing, it didn't feel very professional at all as it seemed like she wanted to get it done and get me out asap. I took all the necessary aftercare that I was provided with so it wasn't down to personal care, this was blatantly a bad move. Maybe she is inexperienced in piercing as she mainly does feminine care treatments, but if that's the case don't advertise it if you can't do it! Initially it was okay, so I gave no negative feedback but after attempting to persevere with the pain and discomfort it just got worse and worse and bled more and more. I gave up and took it out of my ear. I don't recommend going here for piercings at all, for other treatments I'm not sure it would probably be fine.
