I have been visiting Grace for nearly 3 years and have had a range of treatments. One of the main reasons I chose Grace was that she is a practicing nurse and very knowledgeable in her profession. Her rooms are very spacious and clean. Being a Holistic Therapy myself, I did have a lot of questions about the various treatments. Which Grace patiently answered and reassured me. Possibly the worst experience of my life and that's coming from someone who has had 2 children and been through childbirth. No safe consultation prior to my appointment. Environment was dirty, equipment was not sterilised. No before or after help with what I should do. No privacy, I arrived early and heard the whole conversation of the previous client, as one tiny dirty room. No aftercare, no advice! Claims she is a certified nurse. She is carrying out procedures only a doctor should do! She used incorrect treatment. When I asked if she had done it before, she replied she had done it on herself! I spent the hour I paid for with over 60% of my time with a cream on that was apparently to numb the area.. It didn't. As the pain was soooooo bad! Why she sat on her phone! The procedure ran over as she did it incorrectly and rushed the job to get more customers in. I have spent weeks in pain and had to visit a doctor twice. The doctor will confirm its the worst procedure she has seen. I've had to take tablets and creams to try and clear the infection she has caused. A solicitor will be taking further action! This girl should not be doing the procedures she is offering! Avoid at all costs! Funny how since my review she has had 4 new reviews all on the same day! Obviously asking friends to lie. She has been reported.
