Today I had a full head of highlights done with Elaine. I kept changing my mind on what I wanted so in the end I asked Elaine to do what she thought best and I'm so glad I did! It's beyond what I expected and I'm so happy with it.
Everyone is so friendly and can't do enough for you, the salon is so clean and they are quick to wipe and sterilize areas and equipment after use.
Definitly recommend Carlys Hair & Beauty Salon!
