        Four of us went to the cafe at 18:30 last night for a glass of mulled wine in the alpine bar after seeing it advertised on visit cheltenham. The member of staff at the bar said theyd be closing early as its quiet. I asked if closing time is actually 20:00 and she said yes it is but its quiet so were closing early. So 4 people turned away 1.5hrs before closing time for no other reason. We left disappointed baffled at no service and wont be going there again.

        Booked a table before an event at the town hall. Staff didn't know there were any bookings (this happened to two other couples too). Chef told bar staff he wanted to close and go home. After much waiting about they agreed to serve the 3 lots of people there and then close up. Buzzed us to collect our own food and then pulled shutters down and disappeared while everyone was still eating. Most buzzare experience. Severely mismanaged, avoid
