Plus points: fantastic range of games! Really nice atmosphere and a brilliant selection of games to choose from. The lady serving was really friendly and welcoming. You can also ask for recommendations of games to play and she was brilliant, she suggested two games that were both really good fun and worked very well for our party of 9. Drawbacks: the evening that I went the service was very, very slow. My red wine was cold from the fridge, the hot chocolate for my friend was... Not good. And although tables were pushed together and furniture shuffled around when we got there, as we had booked in advance I was expecting the table to be ready for us when we arrived. There is also no vegetarian/vegan etc menu, you just order a version of the meat dish...I therefore didn't completely know what would appear in front of me when I ordered a vegetarian version of a beef burger. The food also took a very long time to arrive. This is such a great idea and the games aspect works brilliantly, but the drinks/food/service needs improving.

Booked a murder mystery evening, turned up along with quite afew others who had booked tables and the restaurant was shut!! Drove 50 minutes out of our way, to stand outside in the rain, no answer on there telephone, no emails back, no Facebook response!! Prior to coming we were trying to ring to arrange directions, couldn't get through. They took our money and didn't show up!! Avoid this business it's a sham!!

Havn't visited myself yet but this place looks and sounds awesome. If I had any friends I'd go along for sure. Just need James o briens mystery hour board game.

Gutted. These guys do great stuff, though a little pricey so we reserved a pick up on too good to go when we saw it available, only to get there and they've locked up and aren't answering the phone. Won't be coming back and hope too good to go come through with the rightful refund. Only go here if you don't mind spending more and don't rely on the other route - was another chap waiting outside also disappointed! The too good to go service is a good cause, but the one star review is for not getting any service at all, which I'd say is pretty negative. I think the above remains accurate and I don't think I'll edit beyond this response. I accept the pricing is likely in line with similar establishments that are higher end but at the same time that's why we used too good to go! Glad the refund will be automatic.
