        Always found the staff at the TSB Cheltenham really friendly and helpful. Compared to Lloyd's their customer care service is fantastic. Had a problem with my Internet banking today and went in...Lisa Andrews was amazing ..thank you

        Went to make a cash deposit just before 4.30pm Friday 2nd September, to be told by the cashier that I was unable to make the deposit as the tills close at 4pm and they where cashing up. I mentioned they where open until 5pm according to Google maps, in response was told it clearly stated on their Website the cashiers close at 4pm. Upon checking the TSB websit it clearly states closes at 5pm. Having banked at other branches of TSB in its various forms for over 50 years and never had this issue, appauling customer service. Ironically walked across the road to Llyodds Bank & paid the cash in with no issues, which ironically used to be the be part of the same banking group.
