        Worse bank ever. Tried to pay two transfers today & they have blocked my account. Tried to pay for things on my card previously & have to put a code in from them. Now Ive got to go into my branch to sort it out. Not good when Im isolating with Covid.

        I had excellent service at this branch today while opening an account. The online identity verification was delayed so I had to go to a branch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I was sorted really quickly even though they were fairly busy. They went above and beyond to assist. Thank you.
