        About a month ago I rang and ordered some nebuliser masks, The day before they were due to be delivered I received a phone call to say they were out of stock, that was over 3 weeks ago and I am still using the same one, I have been forgotten.

        Yet again Millbrook fail in their customer service. How can a company like this still operate in the 21st century. They promise to call and never do. They lie on the phone and when you tell them to listen to their own recording they make poor excuses and try to fob you off again and again. I would never recommend Millbrook. Terrible service. MUST TRY HARDER.
