Mayflower Bathrooms

Went to showrooms with intention to fit out bathroom and large kitchen. I saw 3 different men there but 9nly 1 after at least half hour of browsing in the shop bothered to speak to us and then not helpful. Didn't know prices eventually gave brochures which will be binned due to poor service in showroom on a Friday. Apparently no salesperson works on a Friday and no one able to help. We will not be returning.

As an estate agent, I recommended my buyer to Mayflower for her new bathroom, from my local knowledge of the quality they provide and products I know my buyer would love. I have been overwhelmed at the service provided my Nigel, he has gone above and beyond to help. From the initial survey, telephone contact and his time spent with her in the showroom. The most excellent customer service and personal approach, ensuring someone quite nervous was reassured and looked after for the whole journey. Thank you Nigel, you are a huge asset to Mayflower. We had the pleasure of dealing with Mayflower Bathrooms during our house renovations - Lee was amazing and very attentive to our fussy requirements. He offered some great ideas and problem-solving solutions for some of the trickier aspects of our bathroom plans. We will happily use the company again and will certainly recommend Lee. His knowledge on bathroom concepts and design is second to none. Thanks Lee!
