        No body calls back or answers emails. We have a wet (area) room that floods the carpeted bedroom. Lights that are not suitable for sensitivity to bright lights, kitchen flooring that is not level and has a big dip by the back door. Etc etc. The whole point of a dfg is to make the life of the person easier and more manageable. Not the opposite.

        Really helpful staff, we had an appointment arranged by our OT who met us there. Some interesting and innovative ideas and adaptations, well worth the visit.
