        First class customer care! I ordered and received a pair of Bloc sunglasses with interchangeable arms, unfortunately one of the four arms had a weak fitting. I contacted Chelston and had an immediate response from Rob who organised a replacement of the arm in question to be sent directly from Bloc to me. Within days a pair of arms duly arrived, however it was the incorrect arm. I contacted Rob and once again received an immediate response. He once again arranged with Bloc to post the correct item, I am pleased to say that, again, within a very short space of time a pair of the correct arms arrived. I would like to thank Chelston and in particular Rob for an extremely well organised process with fantastic communication.
