I started going to Bootcamp in June and havent missed a week so far. Lee caters for everyone at different abilities. No two weeks are the same so it doesnt just feel like a routine. Lee keeps you motivated throughout to make sure your working your hardest. Im always really aching a couple of days after bootcamp so Im always seeing the benefits. Would certainly recommend.

After a few years of ill health and 5 hours of heart surgery I chose Lee to help me get fit following a chance meeting. 3 PT sessions good diet advice almost daily motivation calls and texts and after 3 weeks I'm 10lb lighter with more energy and a resting heart rate of 68 - I can't thank him enough. Proper bloke excellent trainer.
