This charming chap turned up today and decided to reverse his lorry over my nice flower boarder. Not content that the flowers had been squashed enough, he then made the effort to personally stand on them to ensure that he did the job properly.
I phoned his company to explain that my flowers grow better when they are not under the wheel of a lorry. The lovely lady who answered, did her upmost to assure me that they would take no action. Im sure she meant to take my phone number or email so that they could properly apologise or compensate me for damages, but it must have slipped her mind.
Thankfully we have CCTV, so that we can share this enlightening experience of dealing with BSP with as many review companies as possible.
If only the driver had had the intelligence to press my shiny door bell and apologise, or the lady of the phone had shown some level of vague interest, I would not be posting negative reviews right now.
