Managed to lock car keys in the car. Very quick service Lucky I could take a pic of the keys through the window and was cut for me to collect. What an absolute gem friendly and saved me a fortune. Used once before always a great service. Thank you so much

So, much to my pain, my motorbike key snapped in my pocket. Unfortunately it was for a Honda with a chip in, my only key and had the HISS system on it meaning with Honda they wanted me to replace the entire barrel system. I came across express keys themselves and my first impression is that they obviously had the experience but I was skeptical at best in finding a resolution to my nightmare. After speaking to Chris on the phone (who, I may add, has excellent rapport building and customer service skills), I was put at ease and sent the keys off to them in Orpington. I kid you not, the next day Chris phoned me back and told me they had done everything. Not only that but he made sure I had another key for my petrol cap so I don't have another key snap on me. This cost less than getting another key coded and 40x cheaper than what honda advised would have cost for a new barrel system. They also gave me my key number which is something I didn't have, being a preowned bike. It was a very quick service and being able to take payments on the phone meant I didn't have to travel down from the West Midlands to them to do anything. Express keys have done me a great service and the new key works a treat. I cannot recommend them enough. Also a big thank you to Chris, you were amazing and I appreciated your time, help and understanding.
