This Company should be blacklisted for allowing their staff to work on the day of the Queens funeral in Southlands Ave, Orpington causing noise and distress to the neighbours around, no respect.

Artisan Design & Build recently completed a garage conversion into playroom, small extension and kitchen re-fit for us. Right from the start of our build we were impressed with the professionalism shown by Nick and the team. We liked that they are a local firm, with the majority of their work being done in Orpington and the nearby areas, where they had received a lot of positive feedback. We also liked that they only take on work that they can manage and deliver to a high standard, rather than agreeing to numerous jobs they will never be able to complete properly. The core Artisan team was excellent consisting of Nick and his son Lewis, supported by labourers and tradesmen directly employed by Artisan. They also work with an exceptional group of sub-contractors (The electricians and kitchen fitter were especially brilliant). This allows Artisan to deliver the entire package and project manage the build, giving us peace of mind throughout. Communication was always very prompt and clear, and payment/bookkeeping was done in a simple, yet effective way. The work was all done during a time of tricky material availability, but this never caused any major delays due to the careful forward planning of Nick and the team. We are incredibly happy with the work completed and I would not hesitate to recommend Artisan Design & Build and have already done so to friends and family.

Its two years now and Artisan is unable to start the project, every time I chase, i was responded by Nick that he is busy, and never returned the call. Going to work with new builder now.
