Got recommend to Ben & Emma by a club member as I consistently got issues with my knees, back and saddle. The session it's self was brilliant, Ben and Emma both have a cracking sense of humour which made the day fly by. The fit it's self was so detailed, I was genuinely shocked how poor my riding efficiency was. As a whole the knowledge Ben has is unreal, it has made my riding experience so much better, I've recently done a 125mile ride with absolutely no issues. If you are in two minds about booking up don't hesitate. I shall be recommending everyone I can! Once again a massive thank you to both of you.

If you are serious about improving your cycling there is no better way than to start with making sure you are in an efficient & comfortable position. Ben's knowledge and experience ensures every aspect of your interaction with your bike has a positive result. Expect a comprehensive analysis combined with a friendly atmosphere and a decent cup of tea to help get you through the day. My session has resulted in an immediate improvement in balancing my power output and a more efficient technique. I find my speed has increased and my ability to maintain that speed is evidence the adjustments were on the ball. I would highly recommend Ben & Emma to anyone looking for the means to improve your cycling experience.

Had a great day with Ben recently in his studio. He puts you at ease and is really good at explaining everything during the bike fit, especially around the key areas of how you are sitting on a bike and technique. The best thing is as you progress and adjustments are made you can really feel and see the difference it makes. Having had my bike setup after the day, and a few components changed, having done 2 of my longest rides of the year so far, the difference is amazing. My average has gone up and no longer getting the aches or pains previously, in addition due to my position now being correct I have felt no where near as tired following a ride. I think there is still some further tweaks to be had but difference it has made has been fantastic. Highly recommend getting a fit done with Ben.

I can not recommend Ben and Emma enough! So friendly and knowledgeable. I had a saddle fit and Emma was kind enough to start early for me to fit around work. In seeing me cycle, Ben immediately knew I had a twisted pelvis (I do) and that I am riding wonky! So, I will be going back for a bike fit asap. Having had saddle sores or sore sit bones for ages and trying numerous saddles I have just ridden 60 miles on the saddle I left there with an can say I was comfortable! They also both make a cracking cup of tea!! Can't wait for my bike fit, thank you both so much
