Avoid, The first and last time I use this company. They said they had the item in stock, I payed for the next day delivery and had conformation email to tell me the item was out for next day delivery, had someone wait in all day for no delivery. When I called up they told me the Wearhouse staff hadn't told the sales team they couldn't find the item so they didn't put on the van. No internal communication is not how you run a business and expect to keep customers. I got a the refund and used a more reliable company for the item , I wish I had done that in the first place .

Was kept waiting at trade counter for 15 minutes before an old woman ordered a poor guy from the warehouse who looked like he was about to have a heart attack serve me. Don't know why she could not serve me ? Did not have the stock i needed anyway. I used to like coming into this branch when they had a couple of guys that knew this trade inside out and you could have a laugh with. Now FSW seem to have the sort of people that would not get a job anywhere else. Will not be using them again plenty of good wholesalers in the area.
