    Placed an order in October with a date for my furniture to arrive at the distribution centre in the first week of December 2022, however it didn't arrive until Christmas Eve. I spoke to someone and explained I would be going away in January and would require the delivery to be made after I was back - which was fine. Had another call today from a very rude woman working for DFS, telling me that my sofas were going to be sent back if I don't agree to have my furniture delivered by the 19th January 2023. She obviously lacks in customer service skills and lacks basic listening skills because she wasn't allowing me to explain the situation, instead kept interrupting me. Please provide training to staff before you allow them to deal with customers in person and over the phone!
