I dont want to give even one star. I took my kitten for her eyes to be checked because it was watery on the left-hand side. I called the vet to check if there is any availability to check her eyes and they said to bring we can have a look, took it there and take only 50 seconds to check her up and they gave me 4gr cream which is cost 35 and they havent even mentioned on the phone when I called them up that I have to pay for the consultation and for the cream this doesnt include in the pet health club, if the customer is paying and whats the point paying for the consultation and they also charge for the small cream 35 and for the consultation 62 and thats is 97 I cant believe it!! This is so ridiculous. AVOID

Whilst we have been customers of Springlodge for MANY years, they have always been attentive and kind to both us and our cockapoo. If Broomfield Road surgery is fully booked, we are always offered an alternative apat Beaulieu

Have been with Spring Lodge for over 10 years and always had the best care for all my animals. Had care way above and beyond any expectation with my black lab especially when he cut his leg open and another time when he had a fit. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic service from start to finish You could tell they genuinely care Didnt feel like they were trying to rush me out the door would definitely recommend taking your pet here
