        Friendly and helpful staff. Waiting room is never busy which means it is calmer for our cat. Can usually get an appointment within a day or so.

        Been using Elm House vets for our rescue cat for around six months and the service has been excellent. Really caring and knowledgeable staff, who clearly want the best for the animals they treat. Highly recommend.
