Chelmsford Van Hire Ltd

This Company has owed me my 300 insurance deposit for over a year now, ignored multiple calls and emails and refuses to contact me back everytime they tell me I will hear from them plenty firms that offer van hire in Chelmsford, I'd use them and stay as far away from this company as possible to anyone that considers using them

When collecting van the staff were polite and helpful which was wonderful as this was the first time I had hired a van. upon returning the van a different member of staff was extremely rude as she didnt like the position I parked the van! I was unable to move the van as I had ready returned the key. Customer service needs to improve for that one person. Other than the one member of staff I would 100% recommend very reasonable prices and good availability easy process its a shame 1 person has let them down on this occasion or would have been 5 stars
