Can't fault the service or condition of trains. Journey was off peak in half term, regular trains and seemed on time. Clean train with up to date info signs and WiFi. No complaints.

Absolutely abysmal. They would not sell my wife a ticket from a zone 6 destination as she wanted to use my oyster car up to that point then continue my journey with the ticket which their website says you can do. the ticket guy refused to sell me the ticket funny to find out he was a trainer and the company apologised later. Also their trains are constantly late
