        We used empire coaches for a journey to London and back for our friends 40th. There were 11 of us picked up from Witham at 12.30pm and dropped to Soho London and then collected at 10.30pm and all dropped to our own home addresses! The price was extremely reasonable! In fact, in future id opt for empire coaches with a large group as its value for money and so much less hassle! We were all so impressed with the service. Our driver Duncan was punctual and so friendly. Thank you so much! This helped make our friends 40th very special and stress free! We will be back again! Laura :)

        Just phoned and a stroppy man answered telling me to ring back on Monday! They just lost a good number of customers!!!

        Paid 200 in advance for a minibus to pick us up at 12.45 left us stranded, called and called with no answer ... eventually got through to a very rude man who told me to get off the phone so he could arrange another taxi. Nothing turned up so we had to find 2 taxis and got home at 3am paying another 160! Do NOT use this shocking company!! Called today for a refund and the guy hung up after saying no one available til Monday !
