        Service is never on time, I rarely use the buses and when I do they are consistently late or just don't arrive at all. Not even worth 1 star.

        My daughter is 16 years old and regularly attending school in Chelmsford. Today a bus driver told her that her 50 (child fare) monthly ticket is illegitimate as she should buy an 85 a month adult fare for a 2 mile drive. I think it is an absolute scandal!
