Wow what a totally amazing team , there was a problem with a tool being delivered to site but it was dealt with quickly and these guys and Paul the manager went above and beyond to rectify it.

I must say the ordering of the Stump Grinder was very straight forward and the staff were very helpful.However the Grinder arrived two hours later than told and they didn't collect when arranged! There was no communication! I waited in but no show! I called the next day to be told it wouldn't be collected for another three days, they'd call me to arrange a time. I'm still waiting!!! If I'd have known I wouldn't have had to rush the job and nearly killed myself as the machines exhaust pumps right into your face!! Never felt so ill in all my life!!! Ridiculous design, but this isn't Brandons fault but they should insure that machinery is safe to use! Very disappointed with the lack of communication and respect!
